All are welcome to provide public comment during this timeframe. You can submit a public comment in one of two ways:
1. Email WASILC staff with your comment at: wasilc.dvr@dshs.wa.gov
a. Please include the term “SPIL Comment” in your email’s subject line (The title of the email that is seen in your email inbox.)
b. It is helpful for you to reference the section of the SPIL to which your comment refers.
2. Phone: You can also share your public comment with staff by calling 1-800-624-4105.
If you are unable to submit a comment by one of the above methods and need to use another format, contact us at wasilc.dvr@dshs.wa.gov
